复旦大学哲学博士后流动站申请流程

一、岗位要求

(一)基本条件

1.坚持正确的政治方向，思想品德端正，具有科学研究使命感，恪守学术道德；

2.年龄一般不超过35周岁；

3.获得博士学位不超过3年。

(二)学术条件

1.校超级博士后

即将获得博士学位或获得博士学位不超过3年的海内外高水平大学优秀博士生/博士，符合流动站制定的全职博士后准入标准，科研成果特别突出。

2.校全职博士后

内地高校毕业的博士已发表一篇高质量论文；海（境）外高校毕业的博士须在博士期间发表一篇刊物论文，或两篇学术会议报告论文。

二、申请流程

1.申请批次：博士后项目申请每年分两个批次，上半年申请截止时间为5月31日，面试时间为6月中旬；下半年申请截止时间为11月30日，面试时间为12月中旬。

2.筛选面试：在满足上述基本条件和学术条件的基础上，合作导师进行初步筛选；如申请人数超过博士后录取人数的1.5倍，启用预审制，请相关领域专家删选面试名单；最后由流动站专家组组织面试。

3.需要提交给哲学博士后流动站的申请材料包括：

（1）个人简历（请体现个人基本信息、教育背景、研究方向、学术经历及成果、自我评价等相关内容）；

（2）博士论文；

（3）博士期间科研成果；

（4）进站研究计划（格式见附件）。

Job description 

The School of Philosophy at Fudan University is the top philosophy program in China and one of the top philosophical programs in the world. It consists of five departments: the Department of Philosophy, the Department of Religious Studies, the Department of Philosophy of Science and Logic, the Department of Philosophy of Art, and the Chinese Philosophy Program. There are currently 75 faculty members in the school, including 36 professors, 26 associate professors and 9 assistant professors. The school has several interdisciplinary research institutes, including the Center for Contemporary Marxism in Foreign Countries, the Institute of Technology and Ethics For Human Future, and the Institute of Arts.

The Fudan Philosophy Postdoctoral Station, based in the School of Philosophy at Fudan University, is now calling for application for the post-doctoral fellowships:

I. Basic Qualifications

(I) Generally under 35 years of age.

(II) A Ph.D. degree obtained within the last 3 years or to be obtained before the starting date of the Postdoctoral program.

II. Academic Qualifications

(I) Fudan Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellows

Outstanding applicants from prominent universities and/or prominent philosophy programs (for example, ranked among top 100 in QS/THE/US NEWS/ARWU University Rankings and/or top 100 QS/THE/US NEWS/ARWU Subject Rankings), who meet the full-time postdoctoral entry standards set by the Station and have outstanding research outputs.

(II) Fudan Full-time Postdoctoral Fellows

Applicants from mainland Chinese universities must have published one high-quality paper. Applicants from overseas universities must have published one journal paper or delivered two academic conference papers during their Ph.D. studies.

Responsibilities: To engage in high-quality research, establish new research areas in collaboration with professors of the University and outside, publish research work in international peer-reviewed journals of repute, and develop external funding for research support, etc.

I.The postdoctoral application process is divided into two batches annually. The application deadline for the first batch is May 31, with interviews held in mid-June. The deadline for the second batch is November 30, with interviews held in mid-December.

II. Application materials required for submission to the Philosophy Postdoctoral Station include:

(1) A cover letter, stating, among others, why you are uniquely qualified for the postdoctoral fellowship you are applying for;

(2) Curriculum Vitae (include basic personal information, educational background, research direction, academic experience and achievements, a list of publications);

(3) A copy of Doctoral Dissertation’

(4) At least one sample paper (published or unpublished )
