The Center for the Philosophy and Science of Intelligence (PSI) at Fudan University is based within the Institute for Brain-Inspired Intelligence Science and Technology (ISTBI), with collaborative support from the Department of Philosophy of Science and Logic (PSL) at the School of Philosophy, Fudan University.
PSI brings together insights from brain-inspired intelligence science and technology, philosophy of science, and logic. It is committed to exploring and addressing the fundamental principles of intelligence science, fostering a two-way integration between intelligence science and the philosophy of intelligence, and tackling the ethical challenges and governance issues arising in the development and application of intelligent technologies and the planning and construction of smart cities.
The PSI research framework is organized into three major modules:
