Personal Profile

 

Prof. Jie Yin (PhD), is Vice Dean of the School of Philosophy at Fudan University in China, as well as an affiliated faculty member at the Institute of Technology Ethics for Human Future (CAST-FDU). Dr. Yin is the director of Fudan University's Master of Applied Ethics (MAE) program, and her scholarly interests are primarily focused on bioethics. She offers classes in neuroethics, applied ethics, political philosophy and Kant. Dr. Yin is dedicated to using philosophy to tackle real-world problems, with a particular focus on bolstering methodological innovation in philosophy through current topics. As an ethicist, she also offers professional ethics consultation to hospitals, public institutions, and research departments.
